In this guide we will show you how to raise a Support Request via the XTRABYTES™ Support Site.
To start you will need to visit https://support.xtrabytes.global. In the top right hand corner you will see "Submit a request".
Once you have selected "Submit a request" you will be taken to the following page:
Here you will be asked for a few basic details such as your email address so that we can contact you and also a brief description of the problem. It is advised that you include as much information as possible to aid in the prompt resolution of your issue (such as screenshots or the debug.log which is available in the same location as your wallet.dat and OS version). If you are also a member of our discord and wish to be contacted that way then please include your discord name and member number so that we can reach out to the correct person.
Please DO NOT include information such as your private key or a copy of your wallet.dat. This information should never be shared.
Once we have received your ticket, we aim to initially respond within 5 working days.
