Recently we have been alerted to issues where wallets are not able to establish connections to the network and therefore unable to sync with the XTRABYTES network.
To resolve this issue you need to place the Peers.dat (Updated 20th May 2018) file in the same location as your wallet.dat.
Windows: C:\Users\<Windows Username>\AppData\Roaming\xtrabytes
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Xtrabytes

If this fails to resolve the issue then its likely some local software (Antivirus/Firewall) is causing connection issues. Please add the wallet software to the list of exceptions on the AV/Firewall.
